 Don & Lisa Benson, the owners of
Vinaigrettes, view their restaurant as more than a business. They see it as their
opportunity to show Jesus' love to everyone they serve. Their mission is not only to
provide delicious food, made with meticulous attention to every detail in preperation and
presentation, but also to run their business as Jesus would. Their food is an
outstanding value, they guarantee your complete satisfaction.Each
week, they also demonstrate their care and concern through their "Into the
Streets" food ministry to the homeless and working poor. From the feeding
station in downtown Lanisng, Michigan, they provide over 400 meals every Tuesday night.
For over three years they have been walking out Jesus' command to care for the poor
and homelss by providing not only nourishment for their physical bodies but hope for their
spirits thorugh the Good News of Jesus Christ.
